The idea introduces a new concept of running a chocolate shop: easy, fast,indipendent.

The chocolate stores are real shops where the customer will experience the synergy of multi-sensory sensations such as warmth, tradition, taste, flavor and theme music.

From 2011 to give more strength to the offer it has been introduced in the format also the ice cream and cold cream as an alternative for the summer period when the consumption of chocolate known to suffer a down turn.

The 2012 offers a new proposal to the membership. There are 3 options that the project is now giving to the affiliates, depending on the type of investment of the franchisee:

• RED 1st class solution to enter the franchising chocolate shops Mirco Della Vecchia with the highest possible quality of location
• BROWN solution for those with little bit more limited resources, however,still aspires to the flagship turnkey project
• WHITE entry level solution for those who want to bring the true artisan of chocolate, with a corner inside an already existing store

In all cases the products in the bench are the exclusive ones of Italy's most famous Master Chocolatier, with customized formulas for the franchisee targeted to choose the most appropriate solution.

Chocolate in winter and ice cream in summer

Both for RED and BROWN solution selling handmade chocolate is combined with selling ice cream, which is supplied in tub. It is a delicious product, made with the highest quality raw materials, for example chocolate, which is present in even 10 different flavours.
